Iako se \u010desto do\u017eivljava negativno, celulit je zapravo benigno stanje koje ne zahtijeva nu\u017eno lije\u010denje i ne predstavlja dugoro\u010dne zdravstvene rizike.<\/p><p>Za one koji \u017eele da minimiziraju ili potpuno uklone svoj celulit, terapija crvenim svjetlom predstavlja neinvazivnu, ali u\u010dinkovitu opciju. Ova metoda se isti\u010de jer ne zahtijeva operaciju i uporediva je po djelotvornosti s drugim dostupnim tretmanima za smanjenje celulita.<\/p><p>U ovom \u010dlanku istra\u017eujemo prirodu celulita, njegove u\u010dinke na tijelo i primjenu terapije crvenim svjetlom u lije\u010denju. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i je kod \u017eena, ali poga\u0111a i oko 10% mu\u0161karaca.<\/p><p>\u010cesto nazivan o\u0161te\u0107enjem od tu\u010de, fenomenom du\u0161eka, ko\u017eom od svje\u017eeg sira ili ko\u017eom s korom narand\u017ee, celulit se javlja prete\u017eno kod \u017eena zbog ve\u0107eg postotka tjelesne masti i specifi\u010dne strukture vezivnog tkiva.<\/p><p>Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da \u0107e se 80 do 90 posto \u017eena vjerovatno susresti sa celulitom u \u017eivotu, a njegova te\u017eina varira od blagog do te\u0161kog.
